4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed are in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method. Payment is made directly to the courier at the time of delivery. By placing a COD order, you agree to be present at the delivery address and to make payment in the agreed amount at the time of delivery.

Refusal to accept or pay for a COD delivery without a valid reason may result in your account being suspended and the associated delivery costs being charged back to you.

5. Orders and Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

An order is accepted when it has been dispatched and a shipping confirmation has been sent to you.

6. Delivery

We ship to all European Union member states and select other European countries. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days from dispatch. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs, carrier issues, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect delivery address provided by you.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. Full details are available in our Refund Policy. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
