Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

All delivery estimates are based on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). These are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and seasonal demand.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping fees apply to all orders. Shipping is free on orders over €40. For orders below €40, a flat shipping fee is applied at checkout depending on your country.
There are no additional charges for choosing Cash on Delivery — the COD option is provided at no extra cost to you.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
StepAid offers Cash on Delivery across all supported European countries. Here is how it works:
- Place your order online — no payment is required upfront
- Your order is dispatched and a tracking number is sent to your email
- When the courier arrives, you pay the exact order amount in cash
- Please ensure you are available at the delivery address or arrange for someone to receive it on your behalf
- If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will typically make up to two additional attempts before returning the parcel
Important: If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or refusal without a valid reason, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from any future refund.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel on the courier's website. If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at support-support@sigmonglobal.com.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support-support@sigmonglobal.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Customs and Import Duties
As we ship from within the European distribution network, most EU customers will not be subject to additional customs fees. For customers in non-EU European countries (such as Serbia, Norway, or Switzerland), local customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
