Our 30-Day Return Guarantee
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. After this period, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must be in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products that have been worn, used, or washed
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Products purchased during a final sale or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support-support@sigmonglobal.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive return instructions. We will respond within 2 business days with the return address and instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
- Pack and ship the item. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it to the address provided. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Refund processed. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
Refund Processing
Because our orders are fulfilled via Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed as follows:
- Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the account details you provide
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days of approval
- We do not refund original shipping or COD handling fees unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support-support@sigmonglobal.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
EU Consumer Rights
In addition to our 30-day policy, customers in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). During this period you may cancel your order for any reason without giving an explanation. To exercise this right, notify us at support-support@sigmonglobal.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
